Dr. Gittens completed her undergraduate degree in the honors program from Montclair State University in New Jersey. She majored in biology and minored in chemistry. Dr. Gittens was then accepted into the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, where she earned her doctor of podiatric medicine degree.
While she was going through her podiatric medicine and surgery residency at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey, Dr. Gittens served as chief resident during her last year. She was even the recipient of the prestigious Department of Surgery Mahmood Cheema, MD “Outstanding Resident Award.”
Dr. Gittens is board certified through the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, as well as the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. She is also a diplomate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Throughout her training, Dr. Gittens has gained extensive experience in the latest minimally invasive techniques in foot and ankle surgery and comprehensive diabetic palliative care.
Patients of Dr. Gittens commend her friendly, caring demeanor. Dr. Gittens adopts a patient-centric health care model, where she educates her patients and works together with them to tailor an optimal path to healing. Nader Ghobrial, D.P.M.

Dr. Nader Ghobrial DPM was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt. He graduated from the college of medicine Ain Shams university, one of the top medical schools in Egypt. After graduation, Dr. Ghobrial pursued his journey in medicine. He specialized in anesthesia and practiced for 10 years.
Dr. Ghobrial moved to United states with his family in 2013 where he started his new Journey, completed the United States medical licensing exam, Joined New York College of Podiatric medicine and earned his doctorate degree of podiatric medicine and surgery class of 2018 as one of the top 15 candidates of his class. He was elected as a member of Pi-Delta honor society Gamma chapter.
After Graduation, Dr. Ghobrial Completed a rigorous 3 years of podiatric medicine and surgery training at one of the finest residency programs nationwide (Hoboken University Medical Center, Hoboken. NJ). He received extensive training in Forefoot and rearfoot surgeries, foot and ankle trauma, adult and pediatric reconstructive surgeries, Sports medicine, Advances arthroscopy, wound care as well as Diabetic limb salvage surgeries. During his residency training, Dr. Ghobrial showed the highest level of commitment, dedication, and work ethics. He was elected as Chief resident of the podiatry residency program at Hoboken UMC.
Dr. Ghobrial developed special interest in sports medicine, trauma, reconstructive surgery, wound care, and diabetic limb salvage. He is Board qualified in both forefoot and rearfoot surgery from the American Board of foot and ankle surgery.
Dr. Ghobrial is fluent in Arabic language in addition to English. His little hobbies are Soccer, reading, and painting. He Enjoys spending quality time with his wife and his two boys.
